Every rail. Optimized per supplier.
You do not choose the rail. Finexio routes each supplier payment to the best available method automatically, based on what each supplier actually accepts. Your team approves the run. We handle the rest.
Single-useVirtual card

One file in. The right rail for each supplier.
Finexio reads your full supplier file and decides the optimal method for each one. The goal is simple. The right rail per supplier for speed, security, and payment value, with no manual sorting from your team.

Value comes first
Finexio prioritizes the highest-value rail every supplier will accept, then steps down only when it has to. More economic upside can flow back to you without changing how your team works.
Speed where it matters
Suppliers get paid faster on digital rails, and accelerated ACH settles sooner than standard ACH. Faster settlement means stronger supplier relationships and fewer payment status calls.
Security by default
Supplier verification, payee screening, and payment monitoring sit behind every payment before release. Finexio Shield is available as a paid program that stands a $2M guarantee behind covered payments.

Virtual Card
Finexio issues a single-use card number for each invoice. It is the highest-value rail Finexio routes, and it goes out whenever a supplier accepts cards.
Cards run on the Visa network, so suppliers receive payment through systems they already use. The card number works once, for one invoice amount, then expires. That removes the standing account details that fraud relies on.
- A unique single-use number per invoice, locked to the approved amount.
- Cards on the Visa network for broad supplier reach.
- Routed automatically whenever a supplier accepts cards.
- The most economic upside of any rail Finexio runs.
Honest note. Card acceptance varies by supplier. Not every vendor takes cards, so Finexio steps down to the next best rail when a supplier does not.
- For suppliers who take cards but cannot receive digital delivery.
- Finexio mails secure card details directly to the supplier.
- You still capture full card benefits and the same strong program value.
- No change to your AP file or your approval workflow.
Virtual Card by Mail
Some suppliers accept cards but are not set up for digital payment delivery. Finexio reaches them anyway.
Finexio mails the secure card details so the supplier can process the payment on their terms. You keep the card economics and the same single-use protection, without forcing a supplier onto a portal they will not use. It widens card reach across more of your vendor base.
FinexioExpress
FinexioExpress is accelerated ACH that settles faster than standard bank transfers, for suppliers who take electronic payment but not cards.
When a supplier will not accept a card, FinexioExpress is the next rail Finexio reaches for. Faster settlement gets money to your suppliers sooner, which cuts payment status calls and keeps relationships strong, all while keeping payments off paper.
- Accelerated ACH that settles faster than standard transfers.
- The default electronic rail when a supplier does not take cards.
- Sooner settlement means fewer payment status calls from suppliers.
- Electronic delivery that keeps these payments off paper.
- The last-resort rail for the long tail of suppliers.
- Finexio prints, mails, and reconciles every check.
- Your team never touches paper, stamps, or signatures again.
- Reconciliation flows back into the same single view as every other rail.
Check Payments
Some suppliers still want a paper check. Finexio covers them so nothing falls through, without putting that work back on your desk.
Checks are the last rail Finexio reaches for, used only when no electronic option fits. Finexio prints, mails, and reconciles each one, so your team never touches paper again. It is full coverage of the long tail, handled for you, while the higher rails carry the volume that matters most.
Take 100% of AP off your plate.
Send Finexio one file. We route every supplier to the right rail, return the economic upside, and keep your team out of the payment-status loop.
J.P. Morgan is the issuing bank behind card payments and provides payment infrastructure for supported workflows. Finexio is the orchestration platform that runs the operation, not a bank, and payment methods depend on program structure. Finexio's SOC 2 Type II examination was performed by Schellman & Company, LLC, covering controls relevant to Security for the period April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The full report can be provided to qualified buyers and partners during sales-led diligence, subject to scope and access requirements. Finexio Shield is a paid program governed by its own program terms, eligibility, exclusions, and the applicable customer agreement.
