These are the most common reasons a payment is not visible yet or needs a different lookup detail.
Why can't I find a payment?
Confirm the invoice number and the 5-digit ZIP your customer has on file. Your customer may have submitted the payment while Finexio is preparing it for delivery, and a newly submitted payment can take 1-2 business days to appear. If it is still not found, contact the customer that pays you to confirm when it was submitted to Finexio.
What does "Payment is being processed" mean?
Your customer has submitted the payment and Finexio is preparing it for delivery. Check again within 1-2 business days for payment-method and remittance details.
Which payment amount should I enter?
Enter the total payment amount from the remittance to see full payment details. If you only know the individual invoice amount, enter it to see the payment method and milestones for that invoice without exposing other invoices in the payment. For virtual cards, the card's last four digits also unlock full details.
Which ZIP code should I use for my payment?
Use the 5-digit business or remittance ZIP code your customer has on file with Finexio.
How do I switch to ACH?
Contact the customer that pays you and ask them to start or update your ACH enrollment. Your customer provides or updates the authorized contact information Finexio uses to begin secure enrollment outreach.
Still need help with an issued payment?
If the lookup cannot find a payment, contact the customer that pays you first to confirm it was submitted. For a payment already issued through Finexio, supplier support can help with delivery or remittance.
